Tanya has over 15 years of customer service and office management experience. Tanya works closely with our vendors, current and prospective tenants to ensure our residential, commercial and HOA management portfolio thrive. She facilitates the application and leasing process and enjoys helping tenants with securing their rental units. Tanya is a New York native that has enjoyed living in North Carolina for over the last 8 years. Tanya enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family and cooking authentic Puerto Rican dishes.

Antoine is a Durham native that has extensive knowledge of Durham’s history and growth Durham has experienced over the years. Antoine’s work experience includes professional moving, landscaping, janitorial services and commercial building maintenance. Antoine bring with him over 10 years of experience in customer service and quality work. Antoine assures that our vacant lots, multi-family and commercial builds grounds are maintained along with interior maintenance and janitorial services when needed.   Antoine's responsibilities also include showing vacant rental listing, company vehicle maintenance/cleaning, following up on maintenance calls, power washing, tree removal, gutter cleaning and a host of miscellaneous task that helps the company run efficiently. Antoine is our MVP!

Angelia Champion is a native of North Carolina and has more than 16 years in procurement and planning. She has won various customer service awards throughout the course of her career. Angelia has a heart of gold and unbridled enthusiasm. Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies that Angelia strives for in all aspects of her life.  Angelia’s personal home buying experiences, has prepared her to provide white glove service to client and customers. She is energetic, unforgettable and dedicated to servicing the needs of all customer’s.

As a North Carolina native, Esenze is knowledgeable and passionate about her community. She appreciates the beauty, history and southern charm along with its unmatched  weather, culture and diversity. Esenze recently  joined the real estate profession, after over fifteen years of owning and operating Exquisite Styles Hair Boutique located in her Hometown of Durham. She will bring the same fervor into this new journey. Her energetic and fresh approach to real estate allows her to provide a high level of customer service to each and every client. Ronda is a native of North Carolina. She grew up in Dunn, NC. After graduating from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, Ronda went on to obtain her Master of Science in Healthcare Administration. After graduation Ronda went into the public health policy field with the majority of her career focus working on tobacco public health local and state laws, where she spent the better part of 15 years.

Moving into a new direction, Ronda received her real estate license.  Ronda is vested in assisting all clients in the Raleigh-Durham and surrounding areas. Her experience with buying, selling, renting homes and property management along with familiarity with North Carolina will be great assets to both buyers and sellers. Ronda fills her free time with running marathons, spending time with friends and family.  Once you had an opportunity to meet with her, you will find she is attentive and hardworking to service you with having a great real estate experience  with  purchasing or selling property.

Juanita is a REALTOR and long time real estate investor. Juanita has exceptional skills in working with buyers and sellers in the Triad area. Juanita’s 30 year plus veteran in the Insurance and Financial Service Industry gives her a great advantage in mastering the needs analysis of buyers and sellers. Juanita is a Double Eagle graduate from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor of Business Administration/Marketing and MPA Public Administration/Public Health Policy. Juanita is a long life professional student and has earned several Insurance Designations. When working with buyers and sellers communication and detail is most important to Juanita. Juanita enjoys mentoring youth and making a difference in people’s lives. Juanita’s motto is “Serve with Truth and Spirit” for all clients, customers and prospects.

Over the years Isaac Herndon has worked with families within the Human Services field and during the past 10 years he has conducted his own property management company. Mr. Herndon bought his first investment property in 2006, and had great success. He continue to buy investment homes, making improvements and renting to families at affordable prices. Isaac vision of helping families from a property management owner led him to becoming a Real Estate agent in 2013. His goal is to help families with selling, buying or investing in a home and showing them how easy the process can be. In doing this Isaac has teamed up with The Property Firm LLC to expand his property management skills and assist buyers and sellers with meeting their home needs.

Quinton Morris is a REALTOR that serves Durham, Wake and Orange Counties. Quinton is a long time real estate investor who uses his experience, knowledge and expertise to assure that all of his client’s receive the best representation possible to reach their real estate goals. Quinton has a vast knowledge of Real Estate which include First Time Homebuyers, Executive Homes, Distressed Properties, Real Estate Investing, Property Management, and Residential Real Estate Appraising. Quinton is a graduate of NC Central University’s Class of 2001 and remains active with NC Central athletics as one of Board of Directors for NCCU Eagle Club. Quinton is also an active member of his community. Quinton is the founder and President of Community Initiatives Alliance Inc., a nonprofit agency that promotes the health and education of at risk children through advocacy, empowerment and resources. Quinton enjoys playing golf, racquetball, fishing and attending sports events.
