MEET OUR TEAM

Sharon serves as our Front Desk Receptionist and is often the first point of contact for our tenants and prospective residents. Sharon facilitates the application and leasing process and enjoys helping tenants with securing their rental units.  As a North Carolina native, she brings a welcoming, community-focused approach to her role. Sharon is bilingual and known for her excellent customer service skills, helping to ensure clear communication and a positive experience for everyone she assists. Outside of the office, Sharon enjoys cooking and baking, as well as watching UFC events in her free time.

 Tanya has over 20 years of customer service and office management/coordination experience. Tanya works closely with our vendors and owners to ensure properties are well maintained, owners are informed and the management process operates smoothly. Tanya is a New York native that has enjoyed living in North Carolina for over the last 15 years. Tanya enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family and cooking authentic Puerto Rican dishes.

Originally from Northeastern North Carolina, Wallace has lived in Durham for over 25 years. Wallace work experience includes mental health and management for a cleaning and janitorial company. Wallace current responsibilities include showing vacant units, assuring vacant units are ready to lease, follow up on maintenance orders and several other miscellaneous task that helps the company run efficiently. Wallace enjoys spending time with family and giving back to his community.

Angelia Champion is a native of North Carolina and has more than 16 years in procurement and planning. She has won various customer service awards throughout the course of her career. Angelia has a heart of gold and unbridled enthusiasm. Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies that Angelia strives for in all aspects of her life.  Angelia’s personal home buying experiences, has prepared her to provide white glove service to client and customers. She is energetic, unforgettable and dedicated to servicing the needs of all customer’s.

Juanita is a REALTOR and long time real estate investor. Juanita has exceptional skills in working with buyers and sellers in the Triad area. Juanita’s 30 year plus veteran in the Insurance and Financial Service Industry gives her a great advantage in mastering the needs analysis of buyers and sellers. Juanita is a Double Eagle graduate from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor of Business Administration/Marketing and MPA Public Administration/Public Health Policy. Juanita is a long life professional student and has earned several Insurance Designations. When working with buyers and sellers communication and detail is most important to Juanita. Juanita enjoys mentoring youth and making a difference in people’s lives. Juanita’s motto is “Serve with Truth and Spirit” for all clients, customers and prospects.

Carlosha K. Easton is a NC real estate broker and attorney dedicated to helping clients make confident, well-informed real estate decisions. With a strong understanding of both real estate transactions and the legal framework behind them, she offers an added layer of insight, diligence, and advocacy throughout the buying and selling process. She has strong values rooted in the Christian faith and seeks to serve her community with kindness and love above all else. 

Over the years Isaac Herndon has worked with families within the Human Services field and during the past 10 years he has conducted his own property management company. Mr. Herndon bought his first investment property in 2006, and had great success. He continue to buy investment homes, making improvements and renting to families at affordable prices. Isaac vision of helping families from a property management owner led him to becoming a Real Estate agent in 2013. His goal is to help families with selling, buying or investing in a home and showing them how easy the process can be. In doing this Isaac has teamed up with The Property Firm LLC to expand his property management skills and assist buyers and sellers with meeting their home needs.

Quinton Morris is a REALTOR that serves Durham, Wake and Orange Counties. Quinton is a long-time real estate investor who uses his experience, knowledge and expertise to assure that all of his clients receive the best representation possible to reach their real estate goals. Quinton has a vast knowledge of Real Estate which includes First Time Homebuyers, Executive Homes, Distressed Properties, Real Estate Investing, Property Management, and Residential Real Estate Appraising. Quinton is a graduate of North Carolina Central University’s Class of 2001. Quinton enjoys playing golf, racquetball, fishing, attending sports events and car shows.
